I prepare a training course over several weeks adapted to the level and objectives of my student (health, well-being, weight loss, muscle gain ...). My workouts can be gentle and focus on deep muscles or contain more jumps and cardio depending on the goals defined together in the first session. As progression is essential to reaching you goals, I ask several pain / well-being / measurements questions at the start of the program so that the student can see their physical development but also their well-being.

Perfect! Super contact avec Anne-Laure lors de notre premier échange par téléphone pour me présenter sa façon de travailler, faire le point sur mon niveau et évaluer mes besoins.
