About Tod
I am an executive functioning and communication coach with a background in psychology, counseling, and leadership. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and groups to improve focus, organization, communication, and overall performance.
My experience includes leading and training large groups, providing one-on-one coaching, and helping people perform effectively in high-pressure situations. I am trained in mediation, public speaking, and ADHD-informed support, and I take a calm, structured, and practical approach in my work.
I focus on building trust quickly and creating a supportive environment where individuals can think clearly, stay organized, and follow through with confidence. My goal is to help students and professionals develop skills they can apply in real-life situations, not just during sessions.

I take a practical, structured approach focused on real-world results. I work with students and adults to improve focus, organization, communication, and follow-through, especially for those dealing with ADHD or feeling overwhelmed.
In each session, we identify the core challenge, break it into simple steps, and build a clear plan. We also practice real scenarios like interviews, presentations, or study tasks so you can apply what you learn immediately.
My focus is not just on teaching, but on helping you think clearly, stay organized, and perform with confidence in real-life situations.

I highly recommend Tod, he's a great person and mentor!
If you’re looking for someone who feels safe to talk to, Tod is that person. I also enjoyed his sense of humor, especially about his name only having one "D"! :-) I met with him about a family situation that had been stressing me out for a while, and he handled it with a lot of care and respect. He helped me see things more clearly, and I left feeling more in control of how to move forward. I’d absolutely encourage others to reach out to him.
Mr. Brown was kind, professional, and very easy to talk to. He helped me work through a conflict with a coworker and gave me a clear way forward. The session was worth it, and I’d absolutely recommend him.
Tod Brown is an excellent public speaking teacher—kind, personable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. He explains things in a clear, practical way, gives helpful feedback without making you feel judged, and knows how to build confidence while still pushing you to get better. It’s obvious he’s well-qualified and experienced, and he makes each session feel encouraging and tailored to what you need. I would absolutely recommend Tod to anyone who wants to become a stronger, more comfortable speaker.
Tod is an excellent speaker and teacher. His manner is also kind. He has many years of experience as well. Very qualified to teach public speaking.
Todd, thank you for all your help. You were great!
Tod was GREAT. I must admit I was a bit nervous contacting a tutor. I mean i am trying to get help with Public Speaking, so meeting new people isn't exactly my strong point. I really appreciated how kind he was and how helpful he was on the first meeting. I will be contacting him again! Thank you Tod!!!
