About Abdullah
I'm a 9th grader, an incoming student into one of the 8 specialized high schools in New York next year. I'm a straight-A honors student who loves to explore things from a different and far from typical approach. Outside of school, I love reading and learning how to fly general aviation airplanes :)

During a typical lesson, I would put my information in small bullets and avoid cramming multiple ideas into one slide. I would also look at the learning needs of the student and see whether they are a visual learner, auditory learner, etc. to see how I can structure my lessons for their needs. What really sets me apart is that I like to stay away from the "cookie-cutter mindset" and instead I love to get to know my students and understand how I can help them learn to the best of my ability. I love to encourage students to use techniques such as active recall outside of class to get a better grasp onto topics. My lessons are for anyone, whether it's someone who never understood math or someone who is just adding onto their vast knowledge of math.
