About Ruben
I am a student, currently in a Gap Year at ISAE-Supaero in Toulouse. After obtaining my Baccalaureate S with highest honours (17.26/20, with a 19/20 in Mathematics and Physics/Chemestry and 16/20 in Natural Sciences), followed by two years of preparatory mathematics class at Lycée Charlemagne in Paris (MPSI then MP*) that ended with a good positioning in engineering contests (396th in the Centrale-Supelec contests, 281st in the Mines-Ponts contests and 58th in the Mines-Telecom contests in 2018), I entered ISAE-Supaero and am currently in an engineering course, focused on conception, numerical simulation techniques and fluid mechanics. I decided to take a Gap Year before beginning my last engineering course year in order to work on personal projects. My profile is that of an engineer, but I’ve always loved sharing my knowledge. For example, I was part of a project last year, whose goal was to teach experimental sciences to secondary school students during a few months. I am able to summarise complex problems to their core. This is the reason why I can be very efficient at work.

In mathematics, I mainly base my courses on the knowledge of the preparatory class (and the courses sheets that I still have) but I have a fairly free approach, and can adapt to specific needs (preparation for the Baccalaureate etc.) . I am passionate about mathematics and I don't mind teaching more advanced topics than the course if you want to.
