About Jimmy
My name is Jimmy and am a 17 year old high school graduate. I've played chess since I was 7 and have always progressed through tournaments and analytics. I won 1st place on 5 district championship tournaments and more with medals from 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. I was never allowed to go out in the outside wourld so chess is the main game that has been helping me pass time until I turn 18. But for now, I will try my best to get through life by tutoring students for a decent income. I am rated 1800 in chess.com and 1450 in USCF.

I plan to test students' skill by playing one chess game. Once done analyzing weaknesses, I will teach you how to adjust and strengthen your chess knowledge and tactics. I will play chess with the student and ask many questions if I see an odd moves or great move the student has played. Once students have surpass me, I will give them a final lesson on how to constantly improve without my assistant to keep it affordable and less time consuming. What makes me unique in all of this is that I am legally blind which may be demotivating, but I ensure that I can still see and help the best I can.

Details
The hourly rate of 35$ hourly per student. The group max is 4 students per session. If you'd like a private tutoring, it would be 50$ an hour. If the player is beginner, hourly rate will remain the same. If the student is intermediate and above, rates will vary but will be around 40$-45$ hourly.
