I will start by asking the learners what poetry is will give them a minute or two to answer the question then ask them to name a few poetry that they know and I will tell them today we will be looking and analyzing a poem called "Eks laat" and they must explain what the title is in their language ( I'm late). Give them the definition of poetry. Poetry is a collection of words that express emotions or idea.
