About La Kossa
I am an afro dance teacher, owner of a dance academy and i'am also all-round fitness trainer. My goal is to make people stronger for dancing because by dancing they have a lot more self-confidence, they relax, strengthen their body and ... have a lot of fun!
I've been dancing with adults and children for over 5 years now and I love to see smiles on their faces.

Can't move your arms and legs at the same time, or are you struggling? Is that why you have no fun at dancing and low self-confidence at it? It would be a shame, because dancing is good for the body, mind and soul!
That's why you are very welcome to the La Kossa dance fitness course. In my dance fitness course you learn cool dance steps and train your coordination at the same time. We build up the movements step by step. The focus is on you. The music is dynamic and conveys happy feelings. A nice hour to escape the stress of everyday life.
