I am a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist from the K11 School Of Fitness. Currently, I am working as a senior lecturer for the Sports Nutrition and Personal Trainer Program since 2020. I also have experience training people one-on-one and helping them achieve theirs with biomechanically designed exercises and customized workout regimes and complementing them with tasty eating plans.
