About Matthew

For six years, I was the head of a college tutoring center and have tutored hundreds of middle school and high school students through two tutoring centers in Boston, MA. for eight years. Through my years of teaching and tutoring, I have gained the tools and experience to help students meet, and often exceed, their academic goals.

About the lesson

I have been an instructor in the Humanities and Mathematics at the Junior College level for twenty years and an instructor for grades seven through twelve for eight years. My undergraduate degree is a double major in math and economics, and I hold graduate degrees in philosophy, literature and writing. My tutoring approach is to find the teaching method that best suits the learning style of the student. This is to insure the highest quality tutoring and the greatest success for the student. I am very affable, low key and extremely effective.
