About Analou

Hi, I'm Analou! I'm a licensed math teacher with over 10 years of classroom and tutoring experience, plus a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering that shapes how I explain math: logically, visually, and step-by-step. I've taught in traditional classrooms with 240+ students at a time, and I currently tutor middle schoolers virtually through a structured math program, so I know how to meet a student exactly where they are, not where the textbook assumes they should be.

Sometimes, the problem isn't the topic you're studying today—it's a skill from an earlier grade that never fully clicked. I identify those gaps first so we can address the actual problem instead of repeating what hasn't worked.

2. Understand the WHY Behind the Math
I use visual explanations, clear examples, and step-by-step reasoning to help you understand concepts rather than memorize rules. My goal is for you to know not only what to do, but why it works.

3. Practice Until It Clicks
You'll work through problems with my guidance, gradually build independence, and receive feedback on your mistakes. Each lesson includes a quick progress check so we can see what's improving and what needs more practice.

Whether you need to rebuild your foundation or are ready for more challenging problems, I'll tailor the lesson to your needs and goals.
