About Alice
Alice, revealing Indian body art. I am a graduate professor of Bollywood Dance and Yoga. Architect of training, I worked in England and Germany for 6 years. Since my childhood I have always danced and discovered yoga as a teenager. Professional dancer in Germany, for almost 4 years, I participated in many shows of BollyDance company. In 2013 I go to the school of life, traveling around the world with the objectives: to meet Bollywood dancers to exchange our talents, and refine my yogic teaching. This project is called From Bollywood to Hollywood because I left Bombay and ended up in California. In 2014 I open my classes in the Landes and the Basque Country, my favorite land that I know since 1995.

Classes take place in several parts over 1h30: inking, sun salutation or warm-up, pranayma (breathing exercises), asanas or kryas (postures, physical and respiratory exercises), relaxation, awakening, meditation. I adapt to every person, every level, every age. Yoga is a way of life!
