About Loïc
Hi, my name is Loïc, and I want to be your next tutor! I am a private online and in-person tutor based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with a Master in Computational Media Design from the University of Calgary and Bachelor of Drama from the University of Alberta.
I first started tutoring as a part-time job to support myself while waiting to move to Japan as part of the prestigious JET Programme, but ended up falling completely in love with it. I have kept it up since, and am always excited to take on new students!
I have grown into a skilled tutor with 10 years of experience. I have taught at all ages and levels, from teaching English to Japanese elementary school students to core subjects like math and science to high schoolers all the way to teaching French to Canadian government employees. I have a successful track record of consistently increasing students' grades and helping them pass exams and earn scholarships.
