Hi, I'm Antonio. With a focus on interview preparation and test-taking skills, I offer high-quality coaching designed to get you through the door of your desired college or graduate program. Drawing from almost three years of experience mentoring aspiring high school, undergraduate, and medical students at my medical school, I bring expertise honed through managerial roles in large hospital clinics, a global manufacturing giant, and military leadership positions. The Interview is no time to start "winging it." I provide highly personalized sessions that give you the interviewing skills that make you stand out to Admissions Committees. Let's prepare now so you'll look forward to Interview Day instead of dreading it.
1). One-on-one interview preparation services:
a. A brief intro session to get to know each other and discuss goals (free 30-minute session).
b. Strategy and Skills Session. These sessions prepare you with a proven, effective, and flexible way to answer ANY interview question. During this session, I will provide you with top strategies you can use to stand out during your interviews. I will provide coaching on applying the S.T.A.R. method, and there will be time to practice these new skills and receive feedback, all in real time. (90 minute maximum)
c. Custom, full-length (60 minutes) mock interview with feedback delivered within 24 hours.
2). You will receive the following forms of mock interview feedback within 24 hours:
a. An evaluation form that real admissions committees use to assess candidates with the addition of actionable feedback.
b. An assessment of both your verbal and non-verbal indicators to help you understand how you're conveying yourself and tips and strategies for making the changes you want to see.
3). Priority scheduling for previous clients within 21 days of mock interviews for the following services:
a. Follow-up, one-on-one, review session for you to ask questions and strategize around your results.
b. A subsequent mock interview with NEW questions, complete with all the previous evaluative measures to further refine your skills and show your progress.
4). Additional services
a. A huge list of high-level interview questions WITH EXAMPLE ANSWERS that follow the S.T.A.R. method to help you prepare for any question that may come your way during interviews.
b. Test-Taking Skills Session. A one-on-one meeting to provide you with test-taking skills and strategies to help you perform at your best and demonstrate the hardwon knowledge you've acquired during your months and years of learning.
i. For test-taking skills, we will discuss where you think you are with respect to any upcoming examinations and what strategies (if any) you use or would like help to improve.
ii. From there, I will help you understand "the game" of test taking and help you find ways to consistently put your best foot forward and step out of your own way.
c. For individual subjects, we will identify domains for improvement and build a lesson plan that we can achieve together. I am familiar with many external resources. So if you are using these, I can also show you how to optimize their use to maximize your score potential.
