About Linya
Yoga is a huge part of my life. It nourishes my soul. When you practice yoga with me, you can find the things you've been searching for. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years, first in China, then in Great Britain, and for about 12 years now in Germany. Since 2017, personal yoga (one-on-one sessions) has been my main focus as a freelance yoga teacher. My yoga classes focus on coordination, concentration, and self-awareness. I also offer yoga workshops on various topics. Individual yoga sessions support physical well-being and inner balance.

My private yoga lessons include a flowing sequence and relaxation, incorporating a variety of yoga asanas (postures) from the basics to the advanced levels. The exercises are sometimes energetic, but also possess a gentle dynamic, leading to inner peace. They stretch and strengthen the entire body and can gradually correct postural imbalances. Through these exercises, you will achieve improved balance, concentration, and coordination. The gentle pace of the session provides an excellent opportunity to attain physical well-being and inner harmony.
