About Micol
I am an athlete and fitness coach specializing in functional fitness and senior fitness. I received my certifications from the American Council on Exercise in Canada where I have taught bottcamp, fitness classes, crossfit and functional fitness. I am temporarily in Italy where I will stay until the beginning of the summer: the lessons can be scheduled online at the deadline. I am an English and Italian citizen so I am fluent in both languages. I offer absolutely personalized lessons and I also train small groups outdoors.

Ottime conversazioni. Con Micol si puo' parlare di tutto in un inglese perfetto (Canadese, infatti). Corregge con modo e i feedback sono sempre molto utili. E' stata anche attenta alle mie esigenze e cambi di orario; molto flessibile in prenotazioni all'ultimo minuto. Consigliata!
Precisa e puntuale, le lezioni non sono mai noiose, cambiano continuamente! E' sempre stata disponibile e ha creato lezioni in base alle mie richieste.
