About Veronica

I am the oldest of 4 children to two deaf parents, and have been signing my whole life! I have interpreted for Deaf events, been active in Delaware School for the Deaf camps and events, and have tutored American Sign Language for 3 years prior!

About the lesson

American Sign Language can be taught from beginners to advanced, and I am able to tutor for whatever skill set you have! I will base my teaching off of Signing Naturally (book) and use real life scenarios and skills too, my goal is to make lessons as realistic as possible, and incorporating your own vocabulary and stories as well!

Perfect! Veronica is the best tutor I could ever imagine! She is so enthusiastic and supportive, and was incredibly patient with me as I navigated our first fingerspelling and counting lesson. She is very communicative throughout the week with extra resources and encouragement, and very flexible with her schedule. She makes learning easy, fun, and inspiring. I recommend her 110%!

River is such an enthusiastic and eager learner, and was super easy to communicate and plan lessons with! She has a strong basis with fingerspelling and did extremely well in just the first lesson we completed! I am so excited to move on and continue our lessons!
