About Jenna

For over 2 years, I have given private English lessons to several students off-and-on in France to clients of all ages, levels, and nationalities. With my customized courses, they all had improved their grammar skills and enriched their vocabulary.

Additionally, I was a teaching assistant in English for a CM1 class for 5 months.

About the lesson

Learn or improve your English with a native speaker who is experienced in teaching!

My classes are for all ages and levels.

For children in primary school, by using games and songs, they learn easily and naturally at the same time as having fun. The goal is to make English more tangible and familiar by acquiring basic vocabulary.

I have two methods for the courses for more advanced levels/ages:
1. Remedial classes to reinforce grammar concepts that are not yet mastered.
2. Conversation course with the use of materials that interest the individual, such as press articles, song lyrics

Speaking is essential. At school in classes of 20 to 30, each student doesn't have the opportunity to actually speak with the teacher and practice pronunciation one-on-one. I strive to conduct my classes in the target language as much as possible.

The free trial course is offered mainly to meet each other, assess the level, discuss your objectives for the classes.
It takes only about 30 minutes and is optional.

Please be as specific as possible in our course request: how often, what days you're available, how long (one hour or 1.5), what level you think you are, what materials and books you own already...

I am only able to have classes at my own home during the day before 5 P.M.
