About Drew
I developed a deep appreciation for Mathematics through my fascination with patterns, logic, and structured reasoning. This passion motivated me to complete a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and spend the last 10 years helping students improve their mathematical confidence and analytical abilities.
I enjoy breaking difficult concepts into smaller, understandable steps that make learning less stressful and more engaging. My teaching style combines conceptual discussions, guided problem solving, and practical applications to create a balanced learning experience for students with different skill levels.
As an educator, I aim to help students overcome fear of Mathematics and approach challenging problems with confidence and persistence. My goal is to guide learners towards independent thinking, stronger analytical skills, and long-term academic success in technical and quantitative disciplines.

My Mathematics lessons are designed to strengthen conceptual understanding and logical reasoning through structured explanations and guided practice. I teach algebra, trigonometry, calculus, geometry, and statistics using techniques that help students understand the reasoning behind formulae and methods instead of relying only on memorisation. Students learn how to approach mathematical problems with clarity, organisation, and confidence.
Lessons are planned according to the learner’s current level and academic objectives. Beginners focus on arithmetic skills, equations, and numerical accuracy. Intermediate students work on algebraic methods, geometry applications, and trigonometric reasoning. Advanced learners concentrate on calculus, higher-level analytical thinking, and exam-oriented problem solving. Regular exercises and revision sessions improve speed, precision, and confidence in handling complex mathematical questions.
My teaching objective is to help students develop strong quantitative thinking that supports both academics and practical decision-making. As students progress, they become more capable of applying Mathematics effectively in engineering, finance, science, economics, technology, and research-related fields.
