About Robert
My name is Robert Reeves, and I am a professional sports performance coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes and individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence through purposeful training. I have worked in both collegiate and private performance settings, supporting athletes across multiple sports while emphasizing long-term development, injury prevention, and sustainable performance.
My background includes formal education in exercise science, advanced mentorship under collegiate strength and conditioning professionals, and years of hands-on coaching experience. As a gym owner and performance coach, I combine evidence-based training principles with real-world application to ensure every program is structured, intentional, and results-driven.
I take a disciplined, professional approach to coaching that prioritizes proper technique, accountability, and personal growth. My goal is not only to help students improve physically, but to equip them with the mindset, habits, and confidence needed to succeed both inside and outside of training.

My approach as a tutor is rooted in clarity, structure, and real-world application. I teach anatomy and exercise science by connecting textbook concepts to how the body actually moves, adapts, and performs. I use visual explanations, simplified breakdowns, applied examples, and questioning strategies to ensure understanding—not memorization.
A typical lesson begins with identifying the topic or objective, followed by a clear explanation of key concepts (anatomy, biomechanics, or physiology). We then apply that knowledge through movement analysis, case studies, or exam-style questions, and finish by reviewing takeaways and how the material fits into future coursework or clinical practice.
What sets me apart is my background in sports performance and exercise science, allowing me to bridge academic theory with practical application. Students learn why concepts matter and how they are used in real settings.
Lessons are designed for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students studying exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, athletic training, physical therapy, or related health sciences, as well as anyone needing extra support mastering human movement and performance concepts.
