About Amber
I've spent twenty-five years exploring my own body and mind through the practice, taking lessons in multiple countries and in multiple styles. I'm also a big nerd, so whatever is going on with you is going to end up in my research pile. I'd love to dig into scapula problems or minute anatomy adjustments for knee injuries.
I'm based in Kensington but happy to travel throughout Philly and to lots of the 'burbs as well.

About the lesson

One guide, one student, no distractions; just focused work on whatever you actually need. We'll skip the woo woo stuff and talk about practical needs, alignment, and how to tweak the practice for your own anatomy.
We'll meet at your home, gym, or figure out another space that makes sense. Sessions are typically 75 minutes with time to discuss goals and review at the end. I'll leave you with some optional work to do between sessions.
For folks who might
- have taken studio lessons for years but still don't quite feel right in Warrior II
- would really love to get Crow this year
