About Jenny
I just graduated college, and yoga was something that I really got into to keep me focused and relaxed. I can safely say that yoga helped get me through college. It helped not only with my focus, but it helped with my balance and flexibility.

I like my students to feel comfortable and welcome. I don't want anybody to feel like they are being looked down on. I want them to know that the only reason that am there is to educate and help. I want them to know that they are in a safe and calming environment.
