About Anneke
Hi, I’m Anneke! I’m a NYC-based vocalist, performer, and music educator with a BM in Vocal Performance and an MM in Opera Performance from New England Conservatory. I’ve been teaching for five years and performing for over ten, with experience in opera, musical theater, jazz, pop, and more. I also teach music theory and beginner piano.
I work with students of all ages and commitment levels, specializing in opera, musical theater, audition preparation, and beginners. My teaching style is collaborative and student-directed: we’re here to accomplish your goals, whatever they may be! I aim to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students can grow their skills and confidence.
Outside of music, I love traveling, baking, and spending time with my cat!
