About Shruti
I am an international Zumba trainer and a diet expert with an experience of 6 years of training people. I am also a trained Bollywood and Bharatnatyam dancer. I make sure my students enjoy the weight-loss journey rather than take it as a task. I myself have transitioned from 80 kgs to 60 kgs in a year.
