About Kritika
I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. As a teacher, we can easily get respect from the students if they would feel respected first. It just so happened that our country has been open to different dialects when it comes to learning. I am enthusiastic because I want my students to feel that I am highly spirited and faithful that I can teach them well, they can adopt it and they will become better when it comes to verbal, written and comprehension of the language. I am friendly because I want to make my students feel that speaking English can empower them to share ideas and do business outside their nation and through it, the opportunities that they can get are limitless.

As for my teaching philosophy, I follow to main ideas. First, to teach students such that they become capable of dispensing with me qua professor in a more or less near future. Second, to teach students such that they become able to raise what I call "irritating" questions and doubts. Irritating questions are those whose answer advances knowledge and leads us to a better knowledge of the unknown. Of course, irritating questions are also irritating for the status quo and the mainstream. In other words, irritating questions, so to peak, irritate the status quo and the mainstream because such question challenge what is established and look for a better knowledge of the unknown.
