I have a degree in primary education and currently studying a masters in psychology looking at positive affirmations, hypnotherapy and meditation. I have also worked with teams and individuals to bring out the best in them and create a positive future

About the lesson

We will start with looking at where you are currently positioned within life, what goals you feel most comfortable with achieving and design a customised plan based on academic research which includes diet, exercise, reading materials and current views on life
