About Josefina
"Math is often taught as a rigid set of rules, yet true understanding comes from embracing its chaotic conceptual roots. I support first-gen students who realize that memorization fails when problems evolve.
My approach covers statistics, probability, coordinate geometry, calculus, and algebra. I sharpen problem-solving strategies for those tackling SAT or ACT math prep. My background includes a BS in Mathematics and 13 years of classroom experience. I work primarily with high-schoolers needing a stronger foundation for college programs, helping them see the logic underneath the numbers."
