About Sarah
I moved from the lab/corporate sector into teaching science and chemistry because these are difficult subjects, unlike English or math. These subjects can be difficult to learn (and teach) but taught geared to the student and how they learn can be exciting and it is so awesome to see the “spark” when the gears start moving and the understanding of the concepts start making sense.

Hands-on learning with detailed integrative lessons. I like to start off getting to know base-line knowledge and working from there. Expectations, amount of time per day or week of tutoring can be allotted and move from there. Willing to work at whatever pace the student is comfortable in.
