About Jayashree
Having begun my career in IT 12 years ago, my inclination towards teaching instigated me to begin study and career all over again. While my qualification began with Pre-primary education, my love and expertise in Math helped me win the position of a Grade 4 Math teacher in a reputed International school. Every child/student is different and so are their needs. Delivering concepts, differentiated in process and product, is not just essential for achieving the learning but also it inspires the student to stay motivated towards the subject. This motivation pushes the learner to inquire and build his concepts further in the area. This is the core of my lessons. The specific feedback, which is neither too straight nor too obscure but just appropriate, will inform you where you ought to exactly work on and how. What more? You'll either enjoy right away or have a listening ear at me who'll implement the changes you may need and gradually enjoy.
