About Nwojo
I earned a Ph.D. in applied mathematics (Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas) and BS, and MS degrees in mechanical engineering. I am very passionate about teaching. I have over 30 years of experience teaching college and university mathematics and engineering courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. My approach to teaching is to ensure that relevant examples are provided to make the concepts easier to grasp.

Teaching is an efficient method of education; its main goal is to awaken, stimulate, in the students, their intellectual abilities for knowledge acquisition and qualities of creativity. The field of education being complex and varied, the strategies used in teaching depend very much on the subjects taught and the qualifications of the teacher. My approach to teaching stems from the belief that learning is a shared responsibility between students and instructors.
