About Kevin
Like I said before, I have been taking collegiate level STEM courses over the last four years and am now halfway to graduating with an Applied Mathematics Degree. I have yet to obtain any grade lower than an A in a STEM related class over the last four years. I had many tutors when I was in middle school so I’ve experienced numerous methods of tutoring. Additionally, I help many of my fellow peers with math related classes through a “MathLab” at college.

I enjoy tutoring all levels of STEM from high school to college level. I have seen many methods of teaching over the last four years of college level courses, so I understand what is beneficial to a student’s perspective. I like to start my tutoring sessions with a baseline problem and go from there. I believe that it is very important to learn the underlying method, not just how to get the right answer, as this activates a neurological connection for future lessons in an academic setting.
