About Thalia

Hi! I’m an architecture tutor with 4+ years of experience and an MSc in Engineering Physics. My background gives me a unique perspective on the intersection between design, physics, and environmental impact. I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to architecture, especially when it comes to sustainable design, climate-responsive structures, and urban environmental planning. My lessons often include discussions on real-world case studies, green building standards, and how architectural choices affect the environment. I work closely with eco-conscious learners, architecture students, and future designers committed to creating spaces that respect and respond to nature. Using real data and current policies, I help students explore the role of architecture in addressing climate change and shaping healthier cities. About the lesson

My architecture lessons are warm, interactive, and filled with storytelling to make complex ideas approachable—especially for beginners and those who feel overwhelmed by technical design or theory. I focus on bringing architecture to life by connecting it to everyday spaces, cultural stories, and visual thinking.

Using visual aids, design sketches, and real-world examples, I help students explore foundational concepts in a relaxed yet focused environment. Whether we’re studying ancient structures, modern green buildings, or iconic urban layouts, each lesson invites curiosity and understanding.

I include simple exercises, design prompts, and short project ideas to make abstract principles concrete and fun. We often dive into the historical discoveries and philosophical ideas that shape how we build and live.

My approach is especially helpful for Pilot Aspirants looking at spatial thinking and Olympiad Competitors tackling advanced visual reasoning. I guide them toward strong conceptual understanding and rapid progress.

Above all, I aim to make architecture exciting, welcoming, and deeply meaningful. With every session, learners gain confidence, creativity, and a sharper eye for the built world around them.
