About Rohini
I was born and raised in Durban. I attended Westville Girls High School where I furthered my passion for art.
Growing up, I would attend art classes with my older cousin and quickly found it to be a passion of mine. This passion drove me to study architecture which showed me a whole new meaning to the word art.
I’m an currently still a student but I have experience in teaching children as I offer my time helping with the kids classes at my local Temple.

I am a kinetic learner and prefer learning by doing. In my matric year, I longed for someone to help me with my art as it’ takes valuable time away from other subjects. I intent to tutor high school learner to help them balance their time.
Being a student helps with understand other people, as we have to work with different types of people all the time, with different learning styles.
Drawing is an activity that needs to be hands on and needs experimenting. I would teach by showing students different techniques and then allowing them to experiment for themselves. I’m adaptive and love helping others.
