About Hibah
As someone who has been taught by more than 10 different maths teachers in the last 5 years, I have encountered a variety of teaching styles and methods, some more successful than others. I understand that sitting through a maths class at the end of the day means that you're too tired to understand what's going on, or the teacher is going too fast or not making any sense. That's where I come in. I find that I learn best when the teacher understands how I like to learn. One on one sessions are much easier, as I feel like I can ask for help and for better explanations without feeling shy or embarrassed. I like when a teacher asks ME what I want to do, and checks in to make sure that I'm understanding what's going on. Personalised teaching is what has led me to success. I have developed a variety of tips and tricks to help you ace your exams like I did. I can bore you with my qualifications... an architecture student at the University of Manchester, a 9 in GCSE maths and further maths, an A* at A Level, countless Maths Challenges at various levels with gold and silver certifications, so on and so forth. But at the end of the day, my passion and interest in maths, as well as helping others, is what drives me. All of my students have been successful - improving GCSE grades and gaining admissions to grammar schools and private schools across the country. Your needs will come first, and I will do my best to make sure of that!

Each session, we would focus on a topic of your choosing, working through concepts that you may have missed or not understood in class. Whether it be through past paper questions or general teaching, we can find the easiest way for you to smash your exams. Lessons would be around an hour long, although I am flexible to whatever time you like. As these would be online sessions, we can utilise a variety of methods to make sure you are ready for whatever you have coming up. I would provide you with a multitude of resources and guide you through the best ways to make the most out of them. Overall, the lesson is tailored to you.
