Hi there! My name is Jessica Louise and I am a passionate Life and Mindset Coach (accredited with the ACCPH). I help adults to break free from the cycle of overwhelm, stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns. I am trained in delivering the Unbreakable Mindset Methodology (UMM). UMM goes so much deeper than traditional life coaching. It is a transformative methodology designed to free individuals from their mental constraints. Founded by Jude Daunt, UMM takes a unique and personalised approach, delving deep into the client's subconscious. It considers their childhood blueprint, conditioning, beliefs, values, and habits, carefully dismantling and reprogramming them for change. UMM equips clients with the tools to uncover and navigate behavioural and emotional challenges. Through this process, thought patterns are reshaped, and a positive reframing occurs, enabling clients to get unstuck and become mentally free to achieve their biggest goals and desires. Let me be your guide and champion every step of the way as you identify what is holding you back. Let me help you build unwavering confidence and self-belief to achieve anything you want in life through my 10 session coaching programme.
