About Alphonso
Production started for me as a way to fix the messy tracks I heard in my head. I realized early on that finishing beats is far more important than perfecting them. Over 3 years I have guided beginners and bedroom producers through the noise.
My focus remains on MIDI sequencing and precise gain staging for every project. I support singer-songwriters and content creators who need to balance technical signal flow with artistic vision.
Vocal production and tuning take center stage when we work on your arrangements. I also handle the export and release prep to ensure your music sounds professional everywhere.
My approach prioritizes sidechain compression and mixing vocals to keep your sound clean. Recording at home feels different when you have a clear roadmap to follow.
I enjoy seeing students find their own voice through the craft of arrangement and sound design. It is a quiet thrill to watch you turn a rough sketch into a finalized song. I look forward to hearing the music you create.

You sit down at your desk and open a blank project file with a clear plan in mind. We map out the arrangement using the concepts I refined at the USC Thornton School of Music.
Balancing your mix becomes a standard practice during these sessions rather than an afterthought. Techniques for sound design are integrated into the workflow so you build skills while writing.
I emphasize practical outcomes so you leave each meeting with a finished or tracked song. Logic and creativity share the space in equal measure. This is a space for you to grow as an independent artist. Feel free to bring your current project along for a deep look.
