About Sharon
Singing instruction remains my primary focus after 13 years of guiding performers toward consistent technical growth. I earned my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with a piano minor from Berklee College of Music to establish a strong academic foundation for my craft. My own history spans 11 years of active musical theatre performance throughout the Denver region and beyond.
These dual perspectives allow me to bridge the gap between abstract vocal theory and the practical realities of a stage career. I prioritize detailed technical feedback for the teens and kids I mentor.
Returning learners often appreciate how my background ensures that every vocal adjustment serves an artistic purpose. My pedagogical approach treats the voice as an instrument that requires constant care and maintenance. It is simply how I work.

Pacing feels most effective when we pause frequently to analyze the physical mechanics behind every single note you sing. You might be surprised to learn that we spend the bulk of our time on quiet, internal exercises rather than just belting out loud melodies.
We focus heavily on breathing control and vibrato control to ensure your stamina remains high during long auditions. Diction and articulation drills are integrated into every warm up routine to clarify your storytelling.
Sight singing is treated as a foundational habit for all performance-focused students. I conduct a comprehensive diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student to map out your unique range and registration.
