I have just started teaching this meditation technique. But don't worry I will give you my best. When you come to me, first you should have complete faith in yourselves and then in me, without having complete faith in me, you can't achieve 100% of this technique.

About the lesson

The meditation technique that I will teach you is divided into two parts:

1.Omkar Sadhna- In this part you have to do pronunciation of OM in a different way for 5 times and there will be gap of 4 minutes between each. In those 4 minutes, you have to concentrate on your oxygen inhale and carbon dioxide exhale. From this, your concentration power would increase, etc .

2. Yog-nidra-In this technique, you have to visualize your body organs and bones in a very different way. After visualization you have to relax.

Here I want to comment that this yog-nidra technique is most powerful.
You can get rid of any xyz disease by seeing the organs. There is a technique to see those organs and for that you should come to me.
