About Nina
I specialize in helping students who feel overwhelmed by math or are looking for a fresh, inspiring perspective. My sessions are vibrant storytelling adventures, full of logical puzzles, historical math tales, and patterns found in nature. We explore numbers through visual aids, interactive games, and relatable real-life examples, making learning both engaging and stress-free. Complex concepts become approachable, and equations transform into exciting challenges. I focus on creating a safe, encouraging environment, especially for Analysts and Quants, where questions are welcomed and mistakes are stepping stones. Together, we uncover the beauty and logic behind mathematical ideas, connecting abstract concepts to the real world. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, memorable, and confidence-boosting.

I’m a maths tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Mathematical Modelling. My passion lies in using mathematics to explore social sciences, where numbers reveal patterns in human behavior. I focus on network theory and agent-based modeling, tools that uncover how individuals interact and societies evolve.
I love examining how social structures influence the spread of information, ideas, or even disease, and how collective behaviors emerge from individual actions. In my lessons, students learn to apply these mathematical tools to understand real-world human systems. We explore networks, simulate behaviors, and analyze patterns together, making abstract concepts tangible and relevant.
I guide students in translating quantitative methods into insights about society, encouraging both curiosity and critical thinking. My teaching blends rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving, showing how math illuminates complexity. I believe every student can connect with these ideas when given the right guidance and context.
