YOU GET DRILLS AND TAKE HOME EXERCISES TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE STREETS. A LONG TIME PRACTITIONER FOR OVER 26 YEARS COMPETED NATIONALLY AND HAS WON VARIOUS AWARDS AND HAS TAUGHT INTERNATIONALLY. BACKGROUND IN HEALTHCARE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. ALSO TEACHES CPR TO ALL STUDENTS BECAUSE IF YOU CAN HURT SOMEONE BETTER HAVE THE ABILITY TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF AND TO KEEP THE PERSON ALIVE TO ANSWER FOR ANY CRIME THEY'VE COMMITTED AGAINST YOU.
