About Allison
I have worked in urban , private and Charter school systems. All these schools have different educational models, parent involvement, resources, and student requirements which have equipped me with a variety of teaching skills, experiences, as well as classroom and time management strategies . Along with the students I teach,I am constantly changing and growing as an educator. Every day there seems to be something you learn and apply to improve improve your classroom, learning environment, and overall culture and climate of the school.
