About Daniela
I am an art historian specializing in nineteenth-century British and American art. For over 10 years, I have worked in various museums and galleries in New York City as an educator, curator, and collections manager.
I’ve received an Associate’s degree in Fine Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Art History with minors in literature and film, and a Master’s degree in Art History and Museum Studies. In addition, I’ve studied abroad in Italy and England.

My lessons are geared towards all degree levels and classes from introductory to advanced, in art, history, literature, and film.
I boost confidence by making dense study materials easy to learn through various techniques, making understanding complex information accessible. I believe in providing an enjoyable tutoring experience through personalizing lesson plans, fitting the individual’s needs and style of learning. Let’s make learning fun rather than a chore!
My extensive background working in the arts and various historical collections, compounded with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees allows me to teach niche topics as well.
