About Arantza
My name is Arantza, I am currently in the last year of my degree in Visual Communication, I also have several courses and a diploma in Art therapy.
Art and serving are two things that I am passionate about and why I have a vocation, so using them together is a dream for me. I want to share with you the magic of art; Through which (and without talking much) we can understand exactly who we are and the things that go through our head.

I will be helping your son to understand processes, to know himself and to have more security through art. NO artistic knowledge or experience is required.
What is it?
Art therapy is a type of art therapy that uses art as a therapeutic means to treat different disorders and improve physical and mental health in general. It is an expressive therapy in which art is the means to meet and know ourselves. It is recommended to be complementary therapy (although it can be taken alone).
For whom?
It is ideal for any child or adolescent who finds it difficult to verbally express processes and emotions in general or due to communication problems, speech, etc.
It is also recommended for people with disorders of a psychological and physical nature and also for those who seek to improve their general well-being.
How does it work?
Based on the child / adolescent, their needs and interests, in each session they will be offered A proposal to work with.
We will work with various plastic techniques according to the materials chosen to create and to be able to express ourselves better. The number of sessions varies per patient and can be long-term; if it is short, a minimum of 8 to 12 sessions is recommended.
