About Chris
I am a independent comic illustrator. I've done numerous drawings on the human figure and paintings in acrylic and watercolors.
I have been giving lessons for a little over a year in art but have tutored in both English and Math for about three.
I've taught around 50 students but maybe more.
I've published a few comics and am currently an art instructor at Michael's in Roseville and Chesterfield, MI. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A.A in graphic design and a minor in journalism. I currently work freelance along side a regular job in education

I'm a laid back instructor who loves to help beginning artists build confidence in art step by step.
We would start out with a basic foundation of drawing basic shapes, shading and skeletal line drawing for the human figure. With painting we would first by learning to mixing colors, then coloring basic shapes with various brush techniques.
