About Jose
Hello, My name is Jose Bazo, a contemporary realist Peruvian painter born in 1991, currently residing and working in London. For me, painting is the language in which I can express all the things that I can’t put into words. I love painting; it is my safe space and a beautiful reminder of who I truly am. As an academy trainee, I feel blessed to be a treasurer of a key that has been passed down through generations—the techniques and language of painting! I enjoy and cherish the fact that I can keep passing the torch for more artists or art enthusiasts to learn and understand this magic, and I hope that in the process, they can enjoy it and find something good for themselves, as it did for me.

In these classes you can expect learning about the seven fundamentals of Realist/Naturalist oil painting / Drawing: •Story •Composition •Proportions •Value •Colour •Texture •Edges We’ll also be able to address any particular subject the student would like to deepen in. Classes can vary between 2 to 3 hours depending on time availability of the student. Experience Level: All Age: 16+
