About Joao Rafael
During my time at University, I realised that I was very good at explaining complex topics to other students. Soon I was working for the university and delivering workshops in Economics. It led me to other opportunities as a research assistant in two academic papers and further teaching experience while achieving the top 1% graduation overall mark. I am passionate about Economics, technology and history (Yes, I also love history!).
I am currently working as Maths, ICT and Employability teacher while studying to achieve my Level 5 Teaching and Training qualification.

It is a fun and friendly one-to-one lessons that focus on understanding the theory and how it could be applied to various situations. My typical lesson is composed of the THEORY (Explanation of the Why, What, How, and When), followed by the PRACTICE worksheets and Q&A.
