About B

My sessions will happen over teletherapy. I am a State Board and ASHA-certified SLP (Oregon and California). My email and zoom sites are HIPPA protected. I have received referrals from most local pediatricians in my area and come highly recommended. I have discharged a high number of my kiddos from therapy as they have successfully met their goals. I will establish goals, keep data and update you regularly on student progress. I am professional and caring. I have worked with every type of student ranging from non-verbal readers using AAC, dyslexic readers, and typical school-age students that simply need support. I have also worked with preschool kiddos who have not yet learned to read. In fact I was able to get my 3-year-old to read using these same research-based methods.

About the lesson

During our first session, I will assess your student's level by having them complete a series of fun games and books that allow me to determine where their gaps are.

I work with Pre-k through 3rd-grade levels (reading)
I work with all ages (speech therapy)

I will then design a tutoring program that targets each of the areas your child needs to be a successful reader.

I use evidence-based learning tools.

I will provide home follow-up reading activities and games.

This first lesson offered with B will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

I typically prefer to do 30-45 minute sessions as student attention is optimal in this time frame, but I am happy to do a full hour upon request. I charge $60 for 30 minutes,$90 for 45 minutes, and $120 for a full hour.
