About Cristine

Practitioner and instructor of Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style. Since 2017 he has perfected his studies at Ashtanga Yoga Institute (kPJYAI), in Mysore, India, with Professor Sharath Jois and also participated in classes on Vedic chants, Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras with Professor Lakshmish.

About the lesson

Graduated in law from the Catholic University of Pelotas and post-graduated in public law from the Superior School of the Federal Magistracy of Rio Grande do Sul, she began her career in Yoga in 2014, when she was then an advisor to the Attorney of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul. Faced with the busy and bureaucratic life he lived, he was looking for something that would help to understand the restlessness he carried. In 2015, he participated in the Hatha Yoga training course at Yoga Nilaya school and, in the same year, started practicing Ashtanga Yoga with teacher Laura Miguel, authorized level II by KPJAYI. In 2017, he was in India to study (the Patanjali Sutras, Sanskrit and the Vedas) and also to practice directly with Master Sharath Jois, grandson of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Afterwards, she lived in Australia for one year, where she practiced and participated in the intensive Ashtanga Yoga with teacher Dena Kingsberg, Guruji's disciple and certified by KPJAY. In 2018 he returned to India for another season of study and practice with his teacher, Sharath Jois. All along the way, he participated in meditation, yoga philosophy and vedanta courses with several teachers, such as Glória Arieira, Lakshmisha Bhat and Arvind Pare. He also practiced with some of the Ashtanga Yoga teachers authorized by KPJAY. It was on his return to Brazil, in April 2018, that he began to share, with love and humility, all the teachings acquired during the four years of experience in yoga.
