About William
My name is William. I am 44 years old. I have been involved with Deaf and Hard of Hearing people my entire adult life. I dated 2 Deaf women and married one of them. I volunteered one summer to be a camp counselor for Deaf Christian children. I've been in Deaf Ministry for 20+ years, am a volunteer interpreter at my church, I learned ASL from my previous girlfriends, wife, friends, college, people at Deaf clubs, being put in positions where I had to interpret because an interpreter couldn't be found. If all goes well, I'll soon be licensed.

I am a volunteer interpreter. I have a Certificate in Deaf communication and am preparing for my TEP and BEI tests to become a licensed interpreter. ASL is my second language, but I understand some things better in sign than spoken English and have interpreted everything from church, to music, to conversations, to stories. I have been signing, interpreting, and involved in Deaf culture my entire adult life. Deaf people, Deaf culture and lifestyle, and sign language are the love of my life (save God).
I want these lessons to be affordable so everyone can easily learn who wants to learn so I'm only charging $20.00 per hour
