About Afiat
Hi, I’m an aspiring Medicine student with a deep passion for problem-solving and mentoring. Math has always been my favorite subject because I love the logic behind it, but when I am not studying, you will find me playing sports. Staying active keeps me disciplined, energized, and focused. While this is my first time tutoring professionally, I have been teaching since I was a kid. I have always been the go-to person for my classmates and friends when they get stuck on a difficult concept. I love finding creative ways to explain tough ideas. I am excited to bring my energy, patience, and firsthand study strategies to help you succeed!

My tutoring is entirely student-led. I first listen to your needs and try to understand what you need from me, whether that is catching up on schoolwork or prepping for exams. As I study advanced STEM subjects, I know how confusing complex topics can look. My goal is to explain stuff in the easiest way possible, using simple breakdowns and practical examples so concepts actually click.
I am currently studying a rigorous academic workload, including Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Specialist Methods, and General English, with the goal of entering Medicine next year. While I am a first-time tutor, the high school curriculum and exam pressures are incredibly fresh in my mind. I know exactly what it takes to succeed and can teach you the study habits to get there.
