About William
Retired Northwestern University astronomy/physics BA with 10 years computer industry experience including IBM looking to tutor students in astronomy and the sciences. Studied under world famous UFO Institute founder, J Alan Hynek who was the head Astronomy/UFO consultant for the movie blockbuster Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Proficient in high level mathematics including advanced differential equations as well as advanced physics including relativity, quantum mechanics and nuclear physics.
Was instrumental in the planning for and opening of Northwestern University"s Center For UFO Studies in 1974. Expert in advanced Astrophysics Theories and Studies including: Universe Models, Planetary Formation, Stellar Evolution and Classification, Observational & Exploratory Techniques and telescope construction and use.

My first priority is to help students understand where their strengths and weakness are in a given subject matter. After determination of these, we then design a program to address the weaknesses and at the same time develop a longer term study guide to emphasize and enhance the students strengths with ongoing study and research.
